What is rug tufting?
Rug tufting is a textile art technique where yarn is punched through a backing fabric using a tufting gun to create a looped or cut pile surface. It's how all our custom rugs and workshop pieces are made.
How do I book a workshop?
Pick a session on our booking page and fill in your details — you'll then be sent to WhatsApp to confirm the final date, time and total price with us. We run sessions for individuals and groups.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload. We'll give you a more accurate turnaround when you submit your design.
What sizes can you make?
We work across a wide range of sizes — from small wall-mount pieces to large floor rugs. Contact us with your requirements and we'll advise on what's feasible.
Can I submit my own design?
Absolutely — that's kind of the whole point. Send us your artwork, logo, character, or pattern and our Master Tufters will bring it to life. The bolder and more detailed, the better.
